I can say that once I had narrowed the field of possible opportunities, I did look at blogs, website reviews, and a host of other material to try and get a feel for the genuine possibilities this system would offer. I noticed that the owner of the system, Jeremy Shoemaker comments on lots of forums and blogs. That made me realise that he was real!. This might sound crazy, but there are lots of offers out the promising riches beyond belief, but when you dig a little further, there is very little substance to them. This course therefore seemed right for me.

I have now taken the plunge, signed up, felt sick and wondered what on earth I was doing! How the hell can I make money online, when I have no knowledge of the internet?. Thankfully I do have some attributes that will help. If I believe in something, I will work at it, and I DO believe in this course. I am reasonably intelligent, flexible and innovative, and I also have a very strong self belief that if you persevere at something, you will eventually get it right!.

Reading all the various articles relating to online marketing made me realise there is a massive world out there that I know nothing about. The Internet. It interests me and I find the possibilities exciting.

I know that my learning curve will have to remain vertical for some time before I become comfortable with the new systems, operations and procedures for doing things in the internet marketing world. This is my first step on the ladder, writing this article. I decided to do this for a number of reasons. 2) Turn your earlier life lessons into Successes. Network Marketing is a different business. But the skills you inherited on the job, coaching little league, or being a housewife will help you build your business and prove to be valuable to your success.

3) Always focus on the Future. Plan ahead by setting a 90 day, 1 year, a 5 year, and a 10 year game plan. In the beginning keep the 90 day rolling, always planning out 90 days. Before you know it the 1st year will be in the books. All the successes that you had planned for will be upon you. Stay focused on the game plan. REMEMBER: Those that Plan – PLAN TO SUCCEED and those that don’t Plan – PLAN TO FAIL!

4) Rely upon yourself. In this work environment you have to rely on yourself and not others to pick you up when you are down or business is slow. The government isn’t going to bail you out like they have for the failing corporate giants.

5) Commit to being a Leader. Lead by example and work on how to get the top and brings those who show heart and desire along with you. Demonstrate how life is at the top when you touch enough lives.

6) Always show your cool side. Never let your down line see you sweat. Be their “Cool Hand Luke”! Even though you are on the phone most of time your voice inflection can give away your position. Stay focused on control.

7) Always Make Time for Family.. This shows true character balance to all involved with your business. Even though with Internet marketing your interaction is minimal, some people will hear your relationship through the phone.

After all those years of reading and working for someone else I have learned these principles. I am committed to Internet Marketing, and wanted to share the same with you!

- Is your website shown in Google search results for your business areas? Website Traffic Analysis

It’s a well known ‘fact’ about eBay – even people who don’t sell on eBay know this ‘fact’. Tell anyone you’re selling on eBay and they’ll tell you this one ‘fact’ – let’s even try it now – repeat after me – “If you want your auction to go for the most money, make sure it finishes on a _____________”

Did you say ‘Sunday Night’ ? Don’t worry – most people would. Well, the reality is that there’s at least a 50% chance you’re wrong about this ‘fact’ and here’s why…..

Wait! I hear you cry – it’s common sense to have your item finishing when most people are on eBay, and that’s Sunday evening. Now, if you’re selling a mass appeal item that is certainly correct to an extent, and if you’re selling a ‘niche’ item (and that’s about half of what’s on eBay) probably totally wrong.

Let me explain myself, firstly saying that a lot of what sells on eBay is a mass appeal item such as a CD, DVD, Console game etc, and the most amount of people are on eBay on Sunday night, but what makes you think over 225m ebayers would only want a games console or a copy of U2′s latest CD between the hours of 7pm and 10pm on a Sunday ? Do they have no immediate wants or desires for the other 6.75 days of the week ?

I know for a fact they do, at all other times during the week when there is less competition for their bids….

So when is the best time to finish your auction ?

The answer is, I’m afraid, depends what you’re selling. Let’s use the same common sense mentioned above to think about this – would a top for a 7 yr old girl sell better do you think, while the kids are at school and the parent has a bit of peace and quiet – or on Sunday night around the kids bedtime when it’s school tomorrow and there’s baths, dinner money and a million other things to sort out ?

Just put yourself in the position of whoever it is you’re trying to sell your item to – when will they have free time ? at what time during the month would they most likely to be willing to buy, and pay the most money ?

When it comes down to it – the answer can only be found through a bit of research, and then give a few finish times a try based on what you found out from that research. There are plenty of ways to do this and I’ll go into some of the techniques I use in my next article, and also why Tearpeak my not be the best tool for finding this out.

The best time to sell your item may well be Sunday night, but I bet it almost certainly won’t be…..
